Job Brief

Are you passionate about helping clients solve complex challenges and supporting them through critical transformations?

The Client Solution Consultant is the liaison between our commercial and operational teams and is critical to the onboarding of new clients and adoption with existing clients. This role will ensure implemented solutions perform as designed and lead the hands-on building of solutions using appropriate systems and software.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as subject matter expert on Polaris I/O platforms and products (training will be provided).
  • Elevating issues outside of their scope to upper management and supervisors and documenting and presenting technical solutions that align with their client’s business problems.
  • Providing “white glove services” for Pola Polaris I/O clients and their use of Polaris I/O platforms and products.
  • Configuring functional components of Polaris I/O platforms and products.
  • Providing brief training workshops and demonstrations of Polaris I/O platforms and products to help clients and prospects understand the value and operation of Polaris I/O solutions.
  • Assisting with business development efforts, such as Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
  • Acting in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of other colleagues.
  • Contributing to the internal development of our practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology and toolkit development, and recruiting.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Customer Services Representative for a mid-to-large sized organization or direct consulting experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Understanding of sales process, sales enablement, CRM, digital sales tools, reporting, planning, forecasting, process, and talent issues.
  • Proficiency with agile methodology. Understand how to work with Scrum Masters, work prioritization, and interfacing with onshore/offshore technology teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspaces, MS Office products.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of platforms and products.
  • Previous experience with Business Intelligence tools a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Trello and Confluence, or other ticketing/documentation tools.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • BSc degree in Technology, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Military Service is a plus
  • Experience with systems implementation lifecycle; coding/software development skills not required.
